Discover Our FARM

We have 30 acres of beautiful rolling pastures, 3 barns, one with a 900 square foot apartment that is attached to our stall area, an indoor arena we currently use for hay storage and a 120 x 72 foot machine shed. The machine shed is used for our family and extended family for meals. The farm house is the original house for the property, it is very old but thankfully indoor plumbing and an extra room were added before we bought it.

Foaling Apartment

The foaling apartment is 900 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer and sleeps 4 adults. If needing more sleeping space feel free to bring air mattresses. The back door opens to the stall barn.

The Farm House

This is the original farm house of the Horsemeister farm. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 6 in 3 queen size beds. It has nice large yards and even has a TESLA charger available for those arriving in electric vehicles.

At Horsemeister Inc., we proudly offer foals for sale from our quality mares and amazing Friesian stallions. We occasionally will offer a mare in foal for sale.

What To Expect on the Farm

We usually have 10 to 12 foals a year on the Horsemeister Farm. Spring and Summer are a fun time to stay on the farm by staying in one of our Airbnb's. The sunsets are gorgeous, the trails are fun hikes and the foals adorable. We have the foaling apartment available which has 2 bedrooms 1 bath and the old farmhouse which has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Mare and Foals

At Horsemeister Inc., We strive to have the best quality mares to breed to our stallions. The mares come to the Hanna City facility to have their foals and once bred back go back to Middle Grove. The foal learns herd manners and also have plenty of companions their own age to play with. They are brought back to the Hanna City farm for weaning. They are handled, haltered, learn how to tie, lead and load.

We do not sell inutero but once the birth announcement is made will accept a deposit and the foal will be marked sold with the balance due at weaning and pick-up. We cannot keep your foal here longer than 6 months so make sure you have transport arranged in plenty of time. The foal will be registered with Friesian Heritage Horse International and will come with a current coggins and health certificate if traveling out of state.

Horse Sales & Boarding

Horsemeister Inc., Each spring and summer during foaling season we post when a foal is born. Usually those foals will be placed for sale. Keep an eye on the blog or website if interested in one. They usually sell quickly. We do not sell in-utero but once the foal is born and healthy we will take a deposit to hold until the foal is weaned.

There is no boarding of outside horses on the farm.
