Frequently Asked Questions
Is Horsemeister farm open to the public?
No but we hold events that are public such as the annual hog roast. Those are published well in advance.
Can I ride your horses?
No, we do not offer riding at the Horsemeister farm. Our insurance will not cover riding.
How can we stay at the farm?

We have 3 different ways to stay. If you like to camp you are welcome to bring a camper, we have electrical hookups behind the indoor arena. Click HERE for the campsite information

We offer the foaling apartment for guests. This apartment is 900 square feet and is 2 bedrooms one bath. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. You would be welcome to bring an airbed if needed. Max allowed in the apartment is 6. Click HERE for the airbnb link to the foaling apartment.
- Our Event barn. This barn is great for family reunions, weddings, sports teams, church retreats. It only has one bedroom but has 7 twin size memory foam mattresses and 4 full size mattresses that can be used just bring your own bedding. Sleeping bags work great. If you need more sleeping bring airbeds there is plenty of floor space. There are 3 bathrooms, a 72 x 80 foot gym, a 72 x 40 foot game room and a 72 x 40 foot living area with full kitchen. Do you offer your stallions for stud service.
No, as of 2024 we no longer offer Valiant or Evan for outside mares. We only use them for our mares.
How can we purchase one of your horses?
WE rarely will sell one of the riding horses. We do not sell our foals in-utero. Each year when a foal is born we publish it on the blog and if you want a foal you must put down a deposit. We will not hold a foal without a deposit. The balance must be paid when the foal is weaned and transported off the property.
