When Diane was in her 40s she was diagnoses with hip dysplasia and no longer able to ride the big movements of the Friesians mares without pain. The man who delivered our sawdust bedding recommended buying a Tennessee Walker as he had 2 of them. We started looking and found Sally in Tennessee so drove there. We brought 2 of them home that day. Sally and her sister Bunni. Bunni now has passed away but Sally is still going strong. She was born in 1999 and still loves going out on trails. She loves to run and swim. We bred Sally to Raven and she had some wonderful foals, Sally also raised an orphan foal for us one year.
