Star is a Jockey Club registered Thoroughbred mare who was born May 2nd, 2022 and arrived at our farm Dec 6th, 2024. Star was kicked by a horse in the face as a weanling. This damaged her nasal cavity. Her owner was a former governor of Illinois and he sent her to U of I where they saved her life but she could never be raced as the damage affected her breathing. She was just too nice to be put down so they asked if we would take her. She is a sweet mare and we will introduce her to the herd in 2025. She has wonderful bloodlines. She was bred to Valiant and delivered a beautiful dark bay filly at 11:00 pm on April 19th, 2026. This filly is for sale $5000.00 and can be reserved with a deposit of $1000.00 with balance due at weaning and pick up in September.
