The Foaling Apartment
The foaling apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 bath, a full kitchen, living area, and a washer and dryer. It is attached to the foaling stalls. You may be lucky enough to spend the night while a mare is foaling and would be welcome to watch.

the futon makes a very comfortable queen size bed.
Sectional couch in second bedroom. This room can hold a queen size airbed if needed but two children can easily sleep on the sectional. There are pocket doors that make this room private.

Bathroom has large walk in shower with seat and pull down shower head, There is a tall toilet. Behind the door is the washer and dryer.

The Farm House
This is the original house of the farm

The house was updated before we bought it and has INDOOR plumbing! It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6. The bathroom downstairs has a whirlpool tub and walk in shower. The upstairs bathroom has shower stool and sink. The farmhouse also has a laundry room complete with washer and dryer, on demand water heater and even a TESLA charger for EV Cars or trucks.
